I would have been nice to get a call to say my car was ready. I dropped it off at 7 AM and needed it back by 4. I call price after 4 to see if it was finished because no one called me.

Nothing has change, Mark is so positive and professional, he goes the extra yars to make you feel at home. I had e dealt with Mark on several occasions and his customer services skills are excellent. Mark makes you feel important from the time you enter the garage area and while in the lounge area. Mark also keep you abreast of what is going on and he is always open to explaining in details any questions you ask. Simply put Mark is exceptional in his service to clients and Price Honda.

After receiving my vehicle my wife and I were talking a road trip and began to smell odors which kept getting stronger as we traveled. We had to pull over and looking under the hood we saw oil had sprayed all over the engine. The oil cap had not been put back on and thankfully we located it laying down below and after replacing it the smell went away in time. Never had this happen to me in all the years of having my car serviced. With what I paid, the distance I traveled and the time waiting I expected better service than this.

I waited two hours to get a front in alignment when I said something about my car they told me they were finishing up on the alignment and my car was sitting out there, Service used to be wonderful I. I don’t know what happened happened
