Bryana was most helpful, getting me in to check on the tire low Air pressure . I was most distressed that I had to pay for tire repair in a new car that I had less than a month!!
I certainly didn’t do any that I could have avoided.
But Bryana told me that it could have been wise if it was non repairable an had to buy awhile new tire. That would really have been bad!! I just didn’t think I should have to pay for repair on a brand new car less than a month old!!!
After 13 years and 5 Honda purchases, this was the first time that I got my vehicle back with exterior damage. I notified Mr. Ricky Havelow and emailed the Service manager and hopefully the issue can be resolved by having the damage repaired.
David Root was awesome, immediately acknowledged me & greeted me. Mr. Root got my vehicle in quickly to get serviced! I also appreciated Mr. Root complimenting my tint on my vehicle, it really feels great knowing I’m not the only one thinking it looked awesome!

Service rep was honest about blown radiator. Met Glenn Harris who went the extra mile to find us a car. JC was professional and assisted as well.
Glenn spent extra time with our insurance company even though he had other clients waiting.
