Mark was very helpful and tried to fix my second row seat but was unable to do so so he has ordered a replacement part for the seat and asked it to be covered under warranty. Very pleased with my experience!

Nicole was great & the Gentlemen when I picked up the car was also very good. I don’t remember his name but when I had a question he went above to find the answer out
I dropped off my car at 11:45 on Tuesday. I got a text at 3:00 or so saying my car was in good hands. I never heard anything about the car after that. I called and left a message but no one returned my call until Wednesday morning. I understand that personal emergencies happen. But I think a better way to handle that situation would have been to have someone call me and let me know what was going on. Fortunately, I didn’t need my car on Wednesday. Thank you.

Bryana was excellent, however, she had bad news to report to me. Apparently, Google Fi isn't an acceptable ISP so I can't take advantage of Honda Link. Hopefully, sometime in the future, Honda will realize that there are more than 4 internet service providers
