Briana was no help to me at all. She was very rude and didn’t even greet me when I approached her desk. I dropped my car off Saturday morning at 7:30 am. I requested a oil change and a brake inspection. My oil change was never done. They tried to reach me all day (I was sleep because I work overnights) to tell me my car was at 50% oil life. I requested a service that I knew I would be responsible for & it was not done! This was a major inconvenience for me.
Service part was fine.

Expected a higher offer on our HRV and really the options where limited in finding a car to purchase

Nicole has been great to deal with. It took a couple of visits to accomplish the repair but it turned out OK.
It's been 9 days waiting on a water pump and its still not fixed
Bryana was outstanding. However, I was not happy with the service received when I initially called in to report the problem when I had to pull of the road because the car was shaking and chattering. I ended up having to tow my car to Honda.
She was very courteous and knowledgeable. It has been hard to diagnose a problem with my van but she was able to understand the problem and had my van fixed. I hope to work with her again in the future.
