I feel something is going on, I use to enjoy bringing my vehicle over for servicing but the last couple of time I have there has been so horrible. I have a very busy schedule, I drive from Smyrna to Wilmington Monday through Friday, I try so hard to make appointments before going in for services. The worst experience I had was about three weeks ago when I was talked over by associate. Told me my vehicle will be ready the next day after 11 even when I was there to drop it off on Friday and my appointment for Saturday was 8 or 10 am. I got a call few hours later that my car is ready. Picked up the vehicle and it didn’t drive well. Ok I didn’t do what the A 13 said I did only the oil change. Went back in two weeks after to take care of the rest and I was hit with almost triple the price I was quoted before.
Am a little concerned!!! Price Honda has always been the number one place my family go to when we need a vehicle but this experience is horrible.
I hope my honest opinion will be taken into consideration.

And you were the only place I go for service. I have one car in Florida. And their service department leaves a lot to be desired in someways.

I had scheduled an appointment with a shuttle at 11:45. The shuttle was not available for nearly 30 minutes. I did not hear from the service adviser all afternoon. The shuttle driver arrived at 4 pm to take me back to the dealer. When I arrived, the estimate was not ready. This was not an emergency repair. If you are short-staffed, I would prefer to wait until a time when service can be provided in the time frame I am told to expect.
She was very nice, professional, and communicated often about the status of the vehicle.
