Didn't fix what I brought my car in for ! Also came back with my rims damaged I talked to a manager and had the audacity to laugh at me and say my mechanics would never do that ! I've never felt so disrespected and honestly don't feel comfortable taking my car for my 2 oil changes that are free ! Can't even do a simple job and rushed when they kept my car over night! No manager has called me back and the lady I bought the car off couldn't even reach out to me after I left her a voice-mail.. Definitely lost my business

Vehicle dropped off @7:30 am for exterior only cleaning... picked up ...called by Honda to pick up @4:45 pm.... all four wheels had not been cleaned....was told they would buff starches... only saw wax which was left in spots on vehicle... very disappointed for 90.00 detail????

Shawn did an amazing job on keeping me updated on my car! She let me know every step and quoted me on repairs/ maintenance. I appreciate everything they have done for me and squeezing me in to get my car repaired. I am absolutely satisfied with my experience and I have made an appointment to bring my Acura in this Monday! My experience with David Root at Price Honda, was great and the service was fast. David was professional and straight to the point. My appointment for my vehicle was set for 8:45 am and David said that my vehicle will be completed at 9:45 am and at exactly 9:45 am he walked in the waiting room to let me know that my vehicle was all set and ready. Is that great service or what! That is Awesome! I just want to say thumbs up for great service. Thank you David and thanks Price Honda for having great folks at your dealer service department!
