The service was fine but when I discussed getting a new car, Jenna made a remark that stunned me. I have been buying Honda’s since 1979. That’s all I ever buy. I love Honda. I worked for Honda. I trust Honda. I was thinking of getting a new car, but I didn’t like the remarks from the Service Manager last September. So I wasn’t happy about that. I thought the situation should be corrected. Or maybe I should consider a different type of car. The Jenna said something like “sure, you can buy any kind of car you want!” She said it more than once. I would never say anything like that to a customer when I worked for Honda. When I bought my C-RV I got the top of the line loaded C-RV EXL and paid for it in full with cash. Now I’m thinking of buying a bigger vehicle and I’m not being told that I should get another Honda, that I can buy any car I want! I don’t like the way that sounds, it made me feel like she didn’t want me to be a customer.
