I had an appointment for an oil change and 2 other items to be done. I took my car over at the allotted 11:30 slot and at 5pm 2 of the 3 things were done. The last item to have been done was a starter replacement which allegedly was the problem. However they said that they got a hold of the warranty department at that time and they approved it but at 5 PM it’s still hadn’t been fixed. I think over five hours to do an oil change, fix my Bluetooth which had to be re-coded and replace a starter was ample time. My car had to stay the night and the job was completed 10:30 the next morning. My starter still reproduced the same problem I had before you replaced it, so apparently it wasn’t the starter.

Car promised by Saturday morning. On Saturday morning car re-promised for early Monday morning. On Monday morning I was asked to wait until late morning to hear if my car was finished.
As a single mom, nothing is more precious to me than the safety of my child and despite multiple unpleasant encounters at Martin Honda in Newark, DE, Dave & the Price Honda team have renewed my faith in quality Honda service ... that being said I will gladly drive the extra 30 mins just to have him & the staff care for my car to ensure it's done right. Dave & the staff I encountered were absolutely wonderful and professional! Thank you again for such great service!
