Nicole MANGONE was thorough by showing me my COVID long term oil change & explained consistency & color of oil...this was FIRST time a sales personnel visually showed me my dirty oil..after I requested to view..and..FIRST time a car wash was included w/no charge! I have purchased (4) Honda Fits via PRICE..great customer service to put a smile on the rest of day!

This is my second time using Price Honda in the last few months and on both occasions I left feeling less than satisfied. I believe that it has to do with the agent who I interacted with who on both occasions happen to be the same person ironically. Also, when I ask her a question about pricing or getting something done I feel like instead of trying to get it done then and there she is trying to get me to return back to Price Honda on another occasion. Finally, I purchased new tires prior to having my car serviced at Price Honda. They of course had to remove the tires and showed me the conditions of the brakes. I was told I needed front brakes but not necessarily rear brakes at this time. I asked Price Honda to inspect the brakes and was told the brakes were fine. I asked that the front brakes be changed anyway. I will now go back to the place where I had the tires replaced and ask that they check to make sure yhe brakes were replaced. This means there is a lack of trust and I cannot do business with an institution I cannot trust. Its unfortunate but I wanted to share my thoughts.
The technician took my car for a ride and felt a vibration in the wheel. I just had new tires installed so I was happy he discovered it. Even though that wasn’t part of my initial appointment, they squeezed me in to get that taken care of before picking up the car. Nicole was very informative without being pushy. I really appreciated that when she was explaining the next items that needed attention.
