I had an appoint to set and still didn’t receive my car till the next day with no explanation for why it took so long. horrible customer service and horrible management won’t be coming back
Shawn and the Price Honda Tech, Bill, could not have been more attentive to the issue I was having with my pilot. They kept it overnight and delivered it to my home after offering me a loaner.All of my dealings with Price Honda and its sales and service staff have been satisfactory in the long run.

The mechanic forgot to reset the tire pressure setting after tire rotation. I had to revisit because tire pressure light came on. I was taken care of in a timely manner. I am satisfied.
