I was a bit disappointed by the factvthat I brought my car in specifically on Monday evening to be completed Tuesday. Was called about a delay because of other cars, i presume showed up Tuesday, to be workedxahead of mine. Then told it wouldn't be ready until Wed. sometime. Additional work needed that couldn't even then be completed because parts needed to be ordered from NJ. Yes we saved some money being a part of Price Honda but still looking at an additional $800+ for the other "needed" repairs... can they be cimpleted in a half day or less?? Usually, we are very satisfied withservice we've received. This was a major disappointment.
I can smell gas inside my car since the service. I'm hoping it goes away over time.

The only complaint I have has nothing to do with Jenna.
I was told the process would take around 1-1/2 hrs. It was nearly 3 hours long.
I don't believe they solved the problem as I can still hear water making a swishing sound. I don't think they checked the outside drain.I feel if they had all the water would be out of the evaporator.

He took his time with us answered all questions and went beyond the norm to make sure we were understanding the differences between all Models. Just an overall great Person. They did a Great Job. The Mechanics looked at the seal issue...Then they realized that it was not a Seal Problem but another issue and fixed it in short order.
