Only issue was that I scheduled online and comments were no read or relayed to service manager until day o service due to staffing. So parts for tonnau cover recall repair were not ordered. I live over an hour away and need to return. Not service manager's fault. Everything else great.

I was so stressed as I was on my way to the hospital to visit my sister when I had a problem with my Honda crv.I did not have an appointment but pulled into the service station they took me right away and made me feel so at ease even offered to take me to the hospital. They replaced my battery and reset My electronics. I don’t live in Delaware but if I did I would buy a car from them we need more people in the world like this great dealershipj Judy E

I bought a trunk net, which I purchased through Price Honda. I was told by the guy who sold it to me in the parts department that it would be easy to install and he gave me instructions with my purchase. I didn't realize that there were bolts and rivets. I was afraid of damaging my leased vehicle so I asked that Price install the net with my service today. They at first said that they do it and never indicated their would be a charge. Then I was called while the car was being serviced and told that to install the net I would have to pay for the labor. I was very disappointed that I was charged when Initially that was not what I was told and I was not led to believe upon purchase of the net that the net would be difficult to install.
No complaints with Kristi. I took my car in for service and a recall and was told it be take a full day. That same day I got a message asking to keep the vehicle until Monday. On Monday I messaged asking the status of my vehicle and was told they needed an another day. I understand things happen but that seemed excessive considering it was only to take a day.
