$90 for an interior detail, they left dirt on the driver side foot rest, didn't clean the windows nor did they bother to was the 1/4 of dust, pollen and bird crap off the car..I asked for an interior detail and wash and was quoted $90... yet no wash, window cleaning and
apparently no water to shampoo the mats and foot rest. I could have vacuumed the car myself for free...
Jenna was great and did her best to correct a misstep by her co-worker. I waited 30 minutes, just to be checked in for my appointment. During my wait, the car who arrived about 10 minutes after me was promptly attended to and was given the full attention of a few staff members for another 20 minutes before one of them called to someone "hey, the first car needs to be checked in". Jenna did apologize extensively as well as the manager came to discuss it with me when I was in the waiting area. They did acknowledge that what happened was unacceptable and went above and beyond to make it right. I don't fault them, but the other employee clearly just passed me by and didn't care to give me a thought.

Technicians need to put floor mat covers down when performing any and all work. It is a simple , important courtesy . I cannot believe that it is not Price Honda’s Standard of Care. Also there should automatically be a courtesy vacuum. Instead, I have sadly come to expect in the last few years at Price that my car will be dirtier than how I left it for them. The carpets will be dirty. Unacceptable. Please fix this - it is such a small thing that would have great positive impact.

A simple oil change took 2 hours and before we left my husband happened to check under the car and noticed not all of the plastic bottoms were not in the plastic covering the bottom of the car and we had to wait another 20 minutes to have them put In. The woman who helped us was great and made sure it was taken care of.
Everyone was so nice and took care of the problem quickly. I was greatly impressed with the fine service.
David has given me good advice in the past and I appreciated that he remembered me when he saw my appointment, and then made it a point to talk to me about a difficult situation, replacing a stolen part.
This was my first service visit since moving to Delaware, and my expectations were exceeded. It was worth the drive to Dover.????
