I brought my Pilot in to have the TPMS relaxed after it was broken during a routine maintenance check a few weeks ago. It took 2 hours for the service department to replace it. I was unhappy with how long it took to service my car. The service team member who took my car did not tell me how long it would take and seemed quite upset that I was not paying for the service that was to be done. I had my 4 young children with me and was really just not anticipating being there so long.

My air conditioner wasn’t fixed. I spent $250 for $11.99 Freon that I could have done myself. I would like the a/c leak fixed.

I was unhappy that I had to pay for my windshield camera recalibration but that was the fault if my insurance company, Mark was VERY NICE and very sensitive to my frustrations

NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE DETAIL TEAM WHEN WE RECEIVED THE CAR. Had nothing to do with service, but because this was the first time the car was rained on , the detail issues became even worse. Will address with Price Honda management within 48 hours.

The only problem was that i was not told ahead of time that my service would take five hours. However, Marion Dougherty and the service manager Craig fixed the issue by giving me a loaner.
