Took too long. Car was complete and parked outside for 25 minutes. I finally found a service advisor to claim my car.
Nicole was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and she explained everything to me. She kept me informed about the maintenance and recall procedure for my hr v. I felt comfortable with her. And I will probably go out of my way to have her as my service associate next time. It was very busy and she was juggling and multi tasking.
I'm really not interested in trading in my minivan but I wonder what it's worth. What new technical features is Honda coming out with?
