She and the staff made me so comfortable and well informed that I felt like family. Kristy kept me in-the-loop during the whole process of the timing belt package, made sure my mother and I had a terrific loaner car for overnight and pick-up was so smooth. I usually pay with car care credit and no one ever knows either the username and password or the answers to the security questions. Other than that I am completely satisfied with the service.

Your service was great with the exception of resetting the maintenance minder. When I called to let them know, service was busy and I was referred to an online video to reset myself or I could come into service at a later time. I was able to reset it myself but think that should be double checked before the car is released. Just to mention your staff at drop off and pick up were very friendly. Thank you.

We noticed halfway home to Fenwick Island, that the dash board computer was never reset. However, we did not know whether the computer saying “low tire pressure” was a real issue happening or not. The screen was never put back to its original screen. It had an huge oil can showing 100%. Without a manual that explains these functions, it is almost impossible to figure these issues out... I feel this is unacceptable Workmanship and work that is sloppy with no respect for the Car owners. A return call had my husband on the phone over a half hour tonight Rectifying the problem. The mechanic never reset the screen....causing frustration for the car owner that should never happen when paying good monies for services at the dealership. Bernice B
