As of now I’m good with the job done on my Passport & I received updates on how to operate the computer for using the cruise control & finding the maintenance settings. From what I learned Honda should keep to one universal settings. It’s very frustrating to try & understand the owners manual & the actual order of the settings. In my opinion & talking with your employees.
It’s kinda funny when I ask for help the first words they say is everyone of Honda vehicles is different in using the settings for maintenance. I thank you kindly for your time to understand it’s not the employees fault. They’re Great

The e mails telling me the status of the car was very helpful, but wonder if there could be an option to receive those as texts rather than e mail.
David greeted me on arrival, explained the service my car needed, the cost and the best coupon to use for my service. He asked me if I had any other concerns or issues. He kept me apprised of my cars progress and he was very efficient in checking me out on completion of the service and answering my questions.

Very accommodating. My tire monitor system cam on and I checked the air and it was ok. I didn’t know what to do so I pulled into the service bay and they worked me into their busy schedule. Turned out that I had a nail in my tire. Had a great customer experience. Thank You

She is always personable, funny but very clear. You get the feeling that she knows her job extremely well and will work hard to make the right things happen. Love to see her when I come in for service.
