I was able to preorder tires for my CRV before my appointment. Thus, I was able to know that I could obtain the proper tires. When I checked in the Service attendant did verify that the correct tires would be installed on my CRV. I was given a window of time for this service when I checked in. My SUV was inspected for some basic maintenance things. It was determined that my air conditioning filter needed to be replaced. I was glad to get this information because I didn’t need to make an additional appointment for a new filter.
