Have brought my car into shop to check for rattling noise several times. Noise is heard coming from left back but no one seems to be able to replicate noise. Other passengers riding in car have also heard it. Very frustrating as just told to bring car back when I hear it.

Kristi was amazing from my first meeting with her until my last. She was friendly, welcoming, professional and offered to speak to the service manager about a recall I had that I had just received. They spoke and made arrangements for the software tech to come upload the latest version to my car so I wouldn’t have to make another trip (I live over an hour away). If all your staff are as wonderful and helpful as Kristi them you are very lucky. Thank you so much Kristie. You are a 10 out of 10. Mary G

Mark has excellent customer service skills, he was well versed in all areas, Mark made me and my Family feel at home. Mark called several times to explain in detail what was going on and how long the completion process would take.
