I had a 7:20 appointment. I arrived at 7:15 and waited more than 20 minutes for Hector. I was nearly late for work. When I picked up my car, I told him I would would be on my lunch break. I waited 15 minutes for him and I WAS late for work. Both times, many service writers were sitting at their desks doing nothing. There needs to be a system where customers are not left waiting when many other writers are available. This is a fault with the SYSTEM, not a particular writer.
Melissa is the best. Not only does she have awesome customer service, but she always goes the extra mile to help you out.

From the time I called to schedule an appointment until I took my vehicle the service was horrible. The person who answered the phone was not willing to help didn’t want to help at all. After setting up an appointment for the next day I showed up at the dealership service department and upon arrival they couldn’t find my name and I was told the next ADVISOR will help me. There were 4 of them behind their desks and not even trying to help. After about 15 minutes I walked in and demanded to be helped!!! Hector helped me out and the job was done. I am very disappointed and if this continues may look elsewhere.

When l came on time for an app ,but I have to wait almost over 15 minutes..after that Mr Duy Cao come out to help..I don't know why some one not come to help when l made with schedule .I really not happy.
