As I spoke to Hector about it - I was in for a recall and went where the 800 number sent me - never been to your dealership before - asked the 800 number personnel who scheduled me for 1100 appt how long it would take - she said about an hour - I assumed then car would be done around noon since I had a 1100 appt and the person who made the appt did not say it would depend on how busy the service dept was - I would have made other arrangements - got to dealership at 1045 - was ignored for a few minutes and finally got someone’s attn - I believe it was Hector - he told me it would probably be 1.5 to 2 hours - was disappointed about the change in info but since the paperwork said should be done by 100 I stayed and waited in dealership - at 130 I had to ask about the ETA - no one came to update me - everyone seemed more busy at their desks on their cell phones - I was told it was still being worked on - at 300 - again no one came to update me - I went back to desk area where they were still sitting at their desks on their cell phones ignoring me - I had to ask again - getting a little aggravated - how much longer and why - if I had an appt and was told originally around an hour - WHY was it taking over 4 hours - Hector then came 20 min later to apologize and to say the dealership would give me a complimentary oil change to make up for me waiting so long - I appreciated Hector’s assistance but told him I understood but would have LOVED to have this info from the beginning and did not understand why this noncommunication had to be so difficult - I understand if there are issues but just let me know and I would of appreciated a little more pro action and not feeling like I was being ignored - Hector was very solicitous in the end and I appreciated that - but not too confident in your dealership especially since this was a recall issue and I was not there because I chose to have something done

I have been a customer of Elmore Toyota for over 30 years and every visit I am treated with respect, courtesy, speedy service, understanding, and most importantly understanding. More importantly, Andrew Liedloff always finds time to greet me even if he is not on my service team that visit. Actually all personal stuff work fabulous and that is why I keep coming and sending people I love. I don’t trust anyone else in California. Keep up the good work!

Duy was very kind and attentive. He made sure all that needed repairs was done. The truck runs and sounds great. Duy operates at a very high frequency and walks his talk. He expands the horizons to those who are open. I am a very satisfied customer. I’m also very grateful for the excellent job done by Phil and for the fine efforts by Carlos.
