Melissa Nguyen and driver Felix are huge assets to your business . They exemplify coordinated teamwork and outstanding customer service. Plus they are both personable and friendly. Melissa was professional and respectful of my time. Felix was very polite and punctual, planning his route efficiently to drop off multiple passengers with minimal wait time. Melissa sent me photos and explained the repair that was needed. She accurately estimated the time needed to obtain the parts and to complete the repair, as well as coordinating a follow up plan with the technician. She also promptly arranged a courtesy rental car and contacted Felix to pick me up to go to the rental shop. Even though Felix was enroute for other duties, I didn’t have to wait very long to get a ride. Because of Melissa and Felix, Elmore Toyota stands head and shoulders above all other auto service facilities I have dealt with.

Had to make multiple trips back after purchasing the vehicle for missing parts or paperwork that were the fault of sales, finance, the dmv group. Was repeatedly given misinformation or straight up lies. One department doesn’t know what the other department is doing. Will never buy another car from your dealership and would never recommend it to anyone else. The manager can call me fir more info.

They told me that I have to wait A YEAR to get my oil change?? Really?? They even said “just because your car said that it need service doesn’t mean that your car need a oil change it is what it is!! They charge me $380 for another service BUT the oil change, that was the main reason of my visit!!! Well I guess I’ll start going to a different place whenever a need my oil change!!! I DO TAKE CARE OF MY CAR!!!!
Cesar was polite, helpful, and delivered my car earlier than promised. Give that man a raise!
Cesar was nice and helpful. I asked him for extra work like checking the air pressure and my warranty, he spent time for me to clear what I want. I wouldn’t mind to get service from him next time. He makes me that I got well treated today. Thanks for that!
