Melissa is the best! I assume most people have a similar sense of dread dealing with car repairs and maintenance, but she always delivers such a positive experience when I drop of my Prius.

Great service but I don’t remember speaking with a Carlos Gonzales. The sales person who showed us the car was Pedro and our finance guy was William. Both of these gentlemen were exceptional and I am telling all my friends to see these two at Elmore Toyota.
I had a factory recall on my Rav 4 fuel pump done on May 12, it was.not done correctly so I had to return to Elmore Toyota on May 13 to have the error corrected. Cesar was very helpful.
