I was kept up to date on the status of my truck and was very happy with the work.
When I got off the fwy this morning, my tire pressure light cane on... when I picked up my car, the light was still on... you couldn’t simply check the air in my tires and add to whatever tire that was low?? I stopped on the way home and added a bit of air to the right rear tire and the light went off... in my opinion, a failure of cuatomer service.
Hector is amazing! I will definitely be returning to Elmore when service is needed, instead of Cerritos. I am elderly and feel like I was treated with utmost care and respect. Thanks for a job well done, Hector!
