I had an appointment and I still had to wait 4 and a half hours for a basic oil change I was told it would not take more then an hour and a half. It is very unprofessional that advisers tell you false times if it’s going to take half the day you should let us know so we drop the car off and pick it up later and not wait in the waiting room for 4 and a half hours. I am very disappointed

Helpfulness and polite; it’s only been a day since factory update so I’m hoping the car is fixed for glitch now ???? it was starting & tried to reboot itself a couple of time

Thank you for your survey. I am still observing how the service for the recall is working. I have heard of other complaints about smell of gasoline after the service was performed due to a break in a casing part as a result of mishandling. We shall see, so far I haven't smelled gasoline. Thanks for following up.

Only reason staying at Emote is great efficiency of Andrew. Had other service writers in past and was really bad experience and found Andrew really great Been customer since 1994

The plastic bracket that holds the hood stand in place was broken and "taped" in place and would be the first thing the mechanic sees when the hood is opened. Not only wasn't it replaced on a car under warranty, it wasn't mentioned in the service completed. Its being ordered and not a big deal, just curious how it could be missed? Service was otherwise excellent.
