If service or a recall is being done ( like my situation) and it’s at least more than an 2 hours is quoted , a loaner car should have be at least offered to the customer My wife had to called off work because she was quoted 5 hours for a recall! We try hard to pay on time!

Did not like the service today, because Tony seems to be unhappy and did not answer my question. Did not greet me with a smile from the beginning till the end. I had to ask Tony, if he’s is having a good day. Overall, did not like my service today.
