Melissa is one of the greatest service department representative that I have ever experienced. Very helpful, quick, responsive, and attentive.

He was Unprofessional not polite I had to take the car three times for the same problem and it still was not to my satisfactory I asked him for the phone number for the Toyota corporation for complaints and he would not provide it for me

He was very helpful and honest and I appreciated him for being clear. Not Duy’s fault...
I was a bit annoyed the mechanic filled my wiper fluid with water and did not top off the power steering fluid without me looking under the hood and asking.
Also tire pressure raised to 35 for some reason. factory spec is 30.
