Fast time of arrival to time of meeting with representative. Christopher was great in explaining all my questions about the service and explained to me the Plus package I can get before my current one expires. Nice waiting area. Car wash can use a little bit more work, rather than quick wash and dry. Can invest more time on removing the little yellow hardened dots.

It was my first time using the service desk and Alejandro was extremely helpful since he always explained what was going to happen next and what to expect so that was nice of him. Thank you.
Michael was friendly and helpful but busy. I think you need more help. We were told service would take about 2 hours but took over 3 hours and 50 minutes. We waited more than 15 minutes to drop off the car at our appointment time and stared at our car over 10 minutes just waiting for someone to give us our key. Finally, my left rear speaker doesn’t work at all now. I believe the speaker wire came off or broke or speaker is detached, hence the rattling. I don’t think the panel has been removed to check the speaker.

Michael assisted me and he was very helpful. The estimated time my car would be done was 1-2 hours, but it actually took upwards of 4 hours before I received a call telling me my car was ready.
