My appointment was at 9:00am. Was told my car would be ready at 11:30. At noon I asked about the status of my car and was told 30 more minutes. At 12:45 I was told my car was ready but the valet said my car was at the car wash. I saw my car parked in the lot but it took another 10 minutes to get my keys.
Instead of calling me, please use that time to figure out how to organize your team. At least one person should know where my car is at all times.

Aaron provided excellent service. No problem with him. However, I believe I was over charged for the oil change. The slip said $69.99 and only higher for V8. I have a V6 but I was charged $84.99.
