I was told that the iPhone Apple play upgrade was free because I purchased my vehicle at Elmore, and then told different by Alejandro, because the offer was only good for 2019. I didn’t feel a need to come in before service time, so I thought I’d wait. Unfortunately for me, now that upgrade will cost 50 dollars. Thanks anyway.

I had an issue with him not returning any of my phone calls. I waited almost two weeks to get my stereo replaced. He told his manager he emailed me but I checked my email and spam folder and never receive an email from him. At the end of my visit he kept questioning my appointment with my physical therapist. Not sure what his intentions were. As I left he just sat there with a smirk on his face; no handshake or anything so I just left. The technicians didn’t activate the factory alarm I bought when I purchased the car through Toyota. I asked the guy that brought my car about the alarm and he directed me back to Mike. After this bad experience I was ready to leave so I left. I’ll just have to take my car to a different Toyota dealership.

Recall repair was done very quickly. There was a miscommunication re shuttle but for me not a problem. Unfortunately unbeknownst to me my husband called to complain. Sorry about that.
I had scheduled a routine maintenance along with an interior detail. When I called to schedule the service, the woman told me that cars scheduled for interior detail often have to be there all day in order for the carpets to dry completely. I rearranged my schedule specifically so that I could drop my car off for a morning appointment. I brought my car in this morning at 9:20. At 2pm I received a call saying that the interior detail would not be done today because they were backed up. I would need to leave my car until 11am the next day if I wanted the interior detail. I asked if I could pick it up at 8am instead of 11 but apparently that would not have been enough time. I had to therefore cancel my interior detail. When I showed up to pick up my car, I was upset because I felt like
