I brought my Highlander today around 4pm because the tail light have moist inside. The advisor Mike Tran said that the reason is because there is a small crack on the side of the tail light. My highlander is not even 4 years old when i purchased it. Previously, they had to replaced the brake rotor because it was defective. I assumed that the light was defective as well. I was there for over 2hrs with no resolution. This will cost me $310 for the parts and labor. Never again I am coming back at elmore toyota or refer any friends and family.
