Last year I had asked to have my tires rotated (including) the spare tire, this was not done, I was told on my next visit there would be a $50 discount due to the fact I had to return to have the tires rotated properly. This year I asked about the discount and no record of that courtesy was found - no discount! Other than that I am pleased with the service performed.

Vehicle seems to be fixed appropriately. However, immediately at vehicle pickup I noticed a large stain on the passenger side floor mat. A stain that was not present when my husband dropped off the car. As I discussed this stain with one of the service managers, I overheard another service manager make comments insinuating that I was lying about the stain and that they will “need to start taking before pictures of interiors of cars”. I felt insulted and I feel unvalued as a customer. In the end, the rug was cleaned and I went on my way, but with significant loss of customer satisfaction.

Dear Mr Beans and Management Staff: Both Rich Scott(Service) and Michael Fitch were the epitome of Professional and Knowledgeable on my vehicle's needs. There was no pressure whatsoever on "my" repairs. There were recommendations regarding vehicle Safety which I greatly appreciated. Trust was and is an understatement with your Jeep Service Department I sincerely Thank you Repeat customer and I will highly recommend to others.

I already went through that and bought a Jeep Cherokee from your organization on February 5, 2020. I was more than satisfied with Jimmy Perkins as service advisor and I hope I can continue to work with him when I bring my Jeep Cherokee in for service? He is an excellent service advisor because he listens and keeps me informed on progress.

We were very satisfied with Chris' level of concern for our service issue. We had to bring our Jeep back a second time to fix a leak. Hopefully it is resolved now, we will find out in the next day with the heavy rain that's predicted. This was no reflection on Chris.

My oil change was done in the parking lot which resulted in old black oil running all over lower portions of my engine, suspension etc. I was told the service would take 1 hour I was there for 2 after the untrained service guy spent 40 minutes wiping off the oil from undercarriage. Sadly oil dripped onto my garage floor now making your poorly trained technicians failure a permanent stain on my garage. Frustration doesn’t even come close to covering my experience. To add insult to an already bad experience I was given a service advisory to rotate the tires but as the truck was serviced in the parking lot the rotation as it was told to me would have taken more than an hour. Fred you should be embarrassed :(

When I left my car with the attendant, he turned on the car, and left it running for 20 minutes before taking it back. Service was extended by about 45 minutes, without any notification to me what was causing the delay. I waited in the lobby the entire time.
