Chris is #1 on my list. He is always polite and goes out of his way to make sure that my car is taken care of properly. After Justin and Nick I didn't think any one would be able to handle us "regulars". But Chris sure does. I always ask for him when it comes time to service my car. Great personality.
The vehicle in question has NOT been fixed. It STILL has the same problem that it was brought in for THIS time and the previous THREE times for the SAME issue.
You continually keep throwing out your COMPLETE SATISFACTION. Until you are able to FIX THE ISSUE that was brought to you within the first couple of months of purchasing this vehicle I will NOT be a satisfied customer. And believe me when I tell you that every opportunity I get to pass this information along, I will.
Until my vehicle is properly repaired. If I were you I’d stop using the phrase COMPLETE SATISFACTION in any of your advertisement.

I went in to replace my TPM system which need to be serviced. I was told the part was in and it would be back to normal. It is not on my screen at all. It was removed and no longer an option to choose from. I can no longer see the pressure on my tires. I was told it was repaired. Did they think I would not notice it was missing since that's why I went in in the first place?

A charge of approximately $13 was on the service bill regarding a environmental /supply fee for repair service. At checkin I was told there was a $129 diagnostic fee which I agreed to. No service other than diagnostics were performed. After speaking with the customer service representative, no explanation could be offered other than its on every bill. This was an extremely disappointing interaction that leads me to think twice before considering Fred Beans again.

Today my vehicle electrical system went haywire. The vehicle wouldn't start, the key fob could not communicate with the Durango. My Children and I were stranded for a few hours until we got help. Needless to say I will not be bringing my truck back to Fred beans anytime again.
I came in for an oil change but I was also provided a detailed report of things I need to address to keep my vehicle in great condition.
Excellent job today, thank you Richard. Mr. Beans should be proud to have a great crew today working for him.
