Im not going to lie, I called 2 other Ford dealerships before I called Fred Beans. My check engine light came on and it lost power. This was two days before I left for vacation. I explained that to the other dealerships but they wouldn’t fit me in! Andy worked with me and fit me in even though your dealership was busy also. I can’t thank you enough! I’ll be giving Fred Beans the first opportunity to sell me a new truck in the future. Thanks again, RONALD M

Andy Norris was very accommodating today for me . I had a new car and just received the license and owners card today . I had been away for 3 weeks and going away again on Thursday and needed to have my car inspected . Andy told me to bring it in and he would get it done . It was short notice but he told me to bring it in . Since no one was around to pick me and and bring me to get my car after it was washed Andy came by and picked me up at my house . Nothing was too much trouble for Andy and it never is .Always very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for Andy !

Thank you. Only issue was that that Uber driver refused to wear a mask. Totally not Ford's fault, but no place for mev to report the driver to Uber. Car is running great!
