Was told part was ordered for my truck over 3 weeks ago. Haven't heard anything. Called the other day to get an update and had to leave message. No response as of yet.
Chris was friendly and helpful in explaining service needed to my vehicle.
Although I have had to return the truck for the same problem, I do believe legitimate efforts were made to correct the problem.
Do wonder what sanitizing efforts are undertaken for work performed in the interior, as there were no indications of cleaning or covering?

My husband made the appointment to have a car pick up and rental car to be dropped off. We did a no contact pick up and I called the dealership About 25 minutes after my car was picked up to ask Where the car was left for me and they stated they didn’t leave me a car.

Upon arrival no employees were wearing masks. Truly disappointed to see a dealership not displaying their respect for the community and CDC guidelines.
