Jay did a great job staying in touch with me. The salesman Phil has also taken a lot of calls and has tried to help. Unfortunately the problem still has not been fixed. At this point I’m going to schedule the repair at another Lincoln dealer. All my cars (30 years) have been purchased at Fred Beans and i have never had a problem. This has taken a lot of my time away from my job and family.

Great service and awesome customer service.
Brought truck in for service on modem for FordPass. Was told system tested everything okay, and I needed to come in with my phone. When I did I was was told that the test equipment was not working and I needed to check back in a few weeks to see if the equipment was repaired.
My question is if the equipment has been down why wasn’t I told in advance that the service I wanted could not be done and to reschedule.
I did get an oil change but that could of waited.
I’ve been dealing with Fred Beans for many years and this is the first time I am not satisfied with the service.
Staff and mechanic were extremely kind and courteous. Appreciate the time they took to explain my situation and diagnosis. Many thanks to Andrew
