I have question, my A/C is blowing hot air on the driver side and cold on the passenger when the A/C is on. And the passenger side is blowing cold air when the heat is on. Is this something that you guys look at

I made an appointment online for a 30000 mile service but when I called to pay for it found out only a state inspection was done. I did not ask for that and did not need it until September. Now my wife has to take time off work to bring the truck back in. I was very disappointed with what is usually exceptional service.
