The charge line issue was checked but not fixed. The charge prong is not operational and the issue wasn’t fixed. The service tech was also not there to talk with which is fine, but at some point it needs to be fixed. The service representative was very friendly and said that if it doesn’t work, they will take care of it next time. I know things are crazy right now, not upset, just wanted to let you know that I wasn’t completely satisfied.
Calvin in service was great. Truck got fixed and done in a timely manor.
I was supposed to receive one tire back that had 7/32 tread to use as a spare, and I did not get it returned and when I went back, they couldn’t find it. Also, I paid for an alignment that neither my wife or I was asked about having done. Finally, why can you not keep at least one service agent around after 530 to help if there are question instead of leaving the receptionist to say “I can’t answer”. Oh, one final note. When I picked up my car the rims looked like they had grease on them from having new tires installed. Why couldn’t they have been wiped off?
I was treated very well. He made sure I was aware of the time it would take and what was done. Very professional.
I brought my truck in for an oil, oil filter, and fuel filter change at 15000 miles. My wife picked the truck up for me with only an oil change after we waited all day. I’m very dissatisfied and won’t be bringing either one of my ford diesels back to Fred beans for service unless this is rectified to my satisfaction.
Always a pleasure to come in for service. Everyone is great and the atmosphere in the waiting area is wonderful. My car has always been ready earlier then expected. Getting in for repairs is always quick and easy. Love Fred Beans!

First, the service team somehow “missed” my appointment and the vehicle was not completed until I called in the next day. Second, cost of the license plate lightbulb was way overpriced to meet the inspection. I should’ve been notified of the price and give them the opportunity to replace it myself. Third, I requested that the exterior door lock code be reset and that was not completed. Very unhappy with my last visit.
