Had wife take it down. Instead of doing the tire rotation he wanted to charge for that when You have two off already . Went through that before . That's curtiouse. I had also replaced air filterif he looked at it he would have seen it's clean. Said to her about alignment should have been done from factory under 30 k . Thx

In the years I have been taking my vehicles for service at Fred Beans this is the first time I have been overall dissatisfied. Though, it had nothing to do with Cory. In fact, he’s the main reason that I will be back. He did everything he could to make a botched service right. Luckily we were able to reverse the rotation and correct my issues but the driving issues it created could’ve caused damage to me or worse, someone else. It is my hope that I can continue working with Cory and stay with Fred Beans service department. However, when i look to have them complete my next optional service for me (adjusting gear ratios) I’d like to get a discount on labor costs.
Corey was excellent. Though my vehicle is having an issue since I left. I am going in tomorrow between 1130-12 to have it looked at. That will determine my review.
