Quick service, Cory was great!
Have dealt with Jon on several occasions within the last few days. Had some work done, emissions testing, and inspections on several vehicles. Jon is a very professional and courteous, and is the reason I will be back to Fred **** for service.
Courteous and friendly greeting. Explained all the services and cost. My experience was great.
The cost of Works was 3 times the cost I've seen it in the past.
Special thanks to Calvin Hagner and the technicians in service for getting my inspection completed in such short notice during these difficult times.

Jon was very helpful and had my Edge outside since I have asthma and can’t risk getting the Coronavirus. It would have been nice when I got there that I use the key drop off box instead of coming into the dealership.

Excellent service! No complaints
We received the car back and there was a chip in the paint by the handle on the driver door. Our salesman Raheel attempted to buff it out but was unsuccessful. He offered us to return with the vehicle on another day to have it repaired. While everyone has been very nice and accommodating, this is now a 3rd time we need to return to the dealer for this car (1- buying the car 2- bringing it back to have radio fixed and now again to have this paint chip fixed)
Everyone has been very nice and apologetic about it, however it is just inconvenient for us and our family.
Thank you Cory went above and beyond, and everyone else I can in contact with ( and it was a lot of associates because my grandchildren ran thru the dealership like they owned the place) but they all went out of there way to say hello or see if we needed anything. Very much appreciated, thank you.
