I came In today for a free vehicle inspection and I got offered to to fix my check engine and trac mode on my car just pay 170$ for labor so I said yes and then 4 hours later I get a call saying we need to keep your car In the shop for a couple more hour and the part to replace is going to be under 100 forsure and I said why not but then I get a call later saying the part is 177$ and I didn’t have the money to pay that much but he said they fix the problem with the trac mode and I couldn’t wait any longer because I didn’t have a ride and I’ve car so I told them if I can just take it because I can’t afford to fix it and I just don’t have time today and he says yes rudely so I had to pay 233$ for labor that they didn’t even do to my car and the trac mode stop working after driving for 20 mins so I just feel robed of my money because I thought they were going to fix the check engine light and trac mode and didn’t get any of those fixed so if I can please just get a refund.

Would be easier to get a email or a link of what services my car needs instead of a phone call. It's easier to see it in front off you and be able to understand better what additional services could off been done.

I also requested to check the hood. The mechanism that holds the hood is defective. Jimmy quoted $295. I haven't opened the hood since I purchased the car. Therefore, the service personnel is responsible for the mechanism.
