Just a little history, I bought my 4 Runner at the dealership in Manhattan Beach and have always taken my car for service in Manhattan Beach, after Alex left, the care for service was horrible, reached out to him and without any hesitation, he was happy to have me , even though I work in El Segundo which is closer to Manhattan Beach I am happy to take the commute

Unfortunately, in the future will I not any longer use the service of Carson Toyota.
Bought my new Vehicle 7 years ago from you and all the services were performed by you.
Unfortunately I just bought another Service care for 5 services.
I will let Carson Toyota perform the oil change and the multi point inspection only.
The reason why:
First: I asked on an update on my brakes, that were in the yellow.
Never got an update. good for now or replacement ?
Second: An 4 wheel alignment was sold to me, dealer recommended.
It was not informed over 7 other ( declined services(?))
Third: Where suppose to be an engine leak, a picture was shown to me.
To fix it would cost 3000$.
On my statement under recommended not done/declined I found that it is an engine leak concern.
So do I have an engine leak or do I have a concern of an engine leak?
So that makes 8 declined services with a total cost of 4732.75 $
My favorite recommended service is miscellaneous 431.38 $
I checked my last statement and I can not find any declined services.
If they were declined services, from older services, they should brought to my attention.
The engine should have been cleaned, I think after 7 years it will be dirty and then checked for an engine leak the following service.
As you can tell by my service record, I took always care of the service recommendations of your service advisers.
After my car was finished,and pay the necessary amount it takes me 15 minutes waiting to get my car standing on a really cold weather.It’s should be a better system for a big company like this.

My car is still knew I barely drive it and he gave me a list of things that was wrong with it. Stop gouging and giving people wrong information because nothing should be wrong with my car. All I do is drive her to school and back or to the grocery store is not all of that that he put in there he was trying to charge me over $2000 for a card that I barely drive sending the wrong with it.
