The mechanic who worked on my car was careless however, service manager Juan Esquer made everything right at the end, he was sympathetic and gave me a credit for the inconvenience of my vehicle being out of service longer than expected and for the work not being done right in the first place.

for years I have been going to the Toyota nearest my home and always met different service advisors and not once did I ever build a connection with any of them. I own 2 Toyota vehicles and this place has not only gone above and beyond in all ways possible but I have finally found a service advisor I can trust. The way their entire customer service is make me feel like people really love working here. I appreciate when the mechanic sends a video and educates you on what they see and why they recommend certain things. I also appreciate the sweetest and funniest driver Max that gets you to places safely. This is not a Toyota close to me but since I’ve build a customer relationship with your service advisor, I plan to keep coming back to get both my cars serviced! Thanks again!

4 hrs for just a tire rotation and no oil change doesn’t make sense. Low customer service

Alex was clear about how the tire warranty works and gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take to complete service on my van. I appreciate his professionalism. I also took advantage of the shuttle service to return home. The driver was polite and he was a safe driver.
