Thanks so much.everyone at Toyota has always been very helpful. The salesman that helped me with the tocoma was very good at explaining everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and patient and kind and courteous. He is an asset to Toyota of Carson. I believe his name was Gary if I’m not mistaken. Thanks again for everything!

I told them that my truck had a recent recall and they ignored it, I asked them to check the level and quality of the transmission oil, because my truck has symptoms of a faulty torque converter. and they ignored. I appreciate that they made an update to the transmission software, it improved but not 100%, I would not like to return under other more legal terms... thank you.
