Today was the worse day and this employee was not great I wish he could of done his job better and actually explain to me by detail that my insurance didn’t cover the alignment. I don’t appreciate the fact that the employee brought the problem to the managers attention and instead of him trying to help me he just laughed at my face I belive if your in position as a manager or supervisor ur suppose to lead by example and not laugh at your customers and try to solve the problem in a respectful manner not laugh at my face and third of all my purpose was to go fix my tire and when I got the truck back one of my rims was messed up my paint was tooken off and I told them to be extra careful I don’t think it’s right that I had to pay out of my pocket to fix my rims if it was the service fault I hope next time I go I won’t be dealing with this employee or any problems have a great day

I waited almost 2 hrs for the recall battery service only to find out it was already ready 30 minutes ago. When asked your cashier why she didn’t call the name, she said she called it only once because she is busy.

First to start off the service rep was excellent but the service over all was not great. I come to this establishment to get my car serviced when it’s due. There was a recall on my car and I wasn’t even notified. I arrived at 11:30 a.m. and the rep told me that my car would be ready at 3:00 p.m. I asked the cashier if the shuttle could take me home and she said it would be a hour wait and I stated ok and that was around 12:00 p.m. I went back to the cashier around 12:30 and she stated that the driver went to lunch. It would have been nice if she would have communicated that to me. She could have told me when I first went up there it would be an hour wait but when he returns he will be taking his lunch or she could have even called me and then communicated to me I should have not had to find out by going back up there. I sit at the dealership for 5 hours. I went up to the cashier twice for them to have no answer about my car. The last time I went to the cashier she said that they were finishing the recall but when the rep called me he stated that they hadn’t started it and that it would be another 20 minutes. Then he called me back and stated that they could do the recall because my battery was low. I come to this establishment to get my service and I feel I should have been told that I am going to need a new battery soon. My car would not start a few times and I didn’t know why and I had my child with me. If I would have known I was going to need a new battery I would have been brought one but that was never communicated to me ever. Once the rep brought my paperwork he stated that the recall was completed. Communication is key. Working in a business with customer communication is key. You must keep the customer updated at all times.

I came specifically for oil change nothing else but they did not change the oil. Oh well. I guess they don’t do oil change in this dealership anymore.
