. After waiting in my car for nearly 30 mins, I had to go seek help because no one was attending me. Come to fine out Bryan was supposed to be accommodating me, he was on his lunch! Someone , anyone could have told me and could have assigned a new employee to help me! Very unprofessional that I had to go seek help and interrupt another employee while in his office. Alexander helped me for the rest of the time . However, I still didnt get my tired fixed, way too pricey for ONE tire .. once I picked up my car, irritated, I get back to work, get several calls that the engineer left his walkie talkie in my car! NOW I HAD TO GO OUT OF WAY TO RETURN IT AND ACCOMMODATE YOUR BUSINESS AND IT WASNT MY FAULT .. After being treated so poorly, I still went back to return your belongings . WAS CARLESS FOR NEARLY 3 days.. Terrible … Could have at least offered me a rental… TERRIBLE SERVICE .. Never have I ever experienced this service w Carson Toyota … Hopefully, this will be the last.

I checked in at 7:30 am and left at 9:21 am just to replace only one tire. That’s not acceptable. I was supposed to be at work at 9:30 am to open up and it takes me about 30 minutes to get to work that’s why I book 7:30 am appointment. So I was late to work. Even to replace a battery I’ve to book an appointment while it took Auto Zone less than 10 minutes to replace my battery. This has not much to do with my Advisor but with the system at Carson Toyota. I’ve been going to the location since 2016

Steve Valdovinos did whatever he wanted my appointment was for 50000 miles maintenance which my car needed oil change. Well he decided to do the 45k maintenance. I wasted my whole morning for nothing was my only day off. Horrible experience with that advisor. I will just go till my platinum service is over.

I always look forward to any recommendations regardless of my decision to have Carson Toyota doing or not. Today I took one of our vehicles for oil change and he did mention tire rotation. Knowing we bought tires at America Tires we can do rotation and balancing at no charge. Once there they brought to my attention needing alignment and tires which after observing closely it did need it. To sum it all up safety should be number one priority and a little advise won’t hurt in recommendation. We have our mechanic that does anything recommended for the most part unless is not costly then we go ahead and complete it at the dealer.

I was at the service center for 3 hours waiting for my vehicle to get serviced. I'm not sure if I offended or got the representative upset but if I did I apologize but I depend on my vehicle as my income making deliveries for instacart and doordash I missed the entire morning and lunch hour because of the long wait.
