Upon receipt of vehicle there was a diagnosis regarding rear and front brakes which went on to read that I was told of the diagnosis and further denied the fix. My rep. never informed me of this issue period. Had he, I would have approved the corrective work needed. To further my disgruntleness, I have left multiple message with my rep. for a resolve and have yet to receive any callback. In addition, I tried contacting the service manager, Juan, but he has been unavailable.

So far my initial contact with Adriana has been very helpful and productive.. my car will get serviced in a couple of days. I hope everything goes better than expected.

I asked about a concern regarding a dashboard light at intake. My vehicle was returned with zero follow up or any mention of it. When I asked regarding it I was told it's normal without any real reasoning or reassurance as if it was overlooked and disregarded. Not very reassuring.
