when I arrived at the service, I informed the employee that I had a system error, but he began to claim that this error had been around for a long time and that it was not true. i said that it happened on monday but the employee said that i can't prove it because the system doesn't show the exact time when the mistake was made. it was very wild for me. I am very worried about my car and I want to be sure that my car works correctly. after the service, the employee told me that the car was in order and I could drive, but I still think that the Pre-Collision system error is still not fixed. very bad service

Service manager is arrogant and did not address my concerns. He couldn’t even look at me when he basically told me he was too busy and can’t help me. Incompetent in every way. Advisors and other employees were very nice except him. I guess his position went up his head and now he looks down on customers
My car was serviced Qing a timely manner and the service technician communicated with me immediately. He explained everything regarding my car with detail.
Jimmy’s interface with customer is very helpful and efficient service provided. He keeps informed the customer about the status of vehicle as well as the cost involved.
I like that the service is quick and friendly.
