Although I made a same day appointment, they fit me in for 1:30 today. I checked in at 1:17. I got the oil change service and Jimmy told me it will take a hour and 40 minutes. I did not get my car until 4:20 today. I don’t know how low priority number 10 is on the scale of importance but I figure it’s very low for me to be waiting for three hours for an oil change. This is my last time dealing with Carson Toyota.

Alex compos had the worst attitude and customer service that I have ever experienced in my 20 plus years of coming to Carson Toyota. I was very unsatisfied and will take my business somewhere else

I would like to see a report of the vehicle to let me know the percentage of life that wach component has such as the brakes, tires, etc. I have seen this at Honda for my girlfriend’s car and would love to see it at Toyota as well. It would be great to know if my car has any other services that are needed before it becomes a major problem. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience as it was easy to pay online and get my car from the service team.

You guys take a long time to do the service three hours and half for a oil change that’s too much I have an Acura MDX when I go to their dealer it take like 45 minutes to one hour also a have a Honda Civic and they have faster service.

The time spent to a check my car battery took too long. It took two hours and 30 minutes. This should have taken an hour. I would have brought my vehicle on a different day or early Saturday. I had other plans for the day.
