It was extremely convenient for the service department to call and schedule my appointment. I was very happy I could bring my vehicle in at 7 AM in the morning and that gave me the rest of the day to run errands!

My battery is liking acid and the service person said it wasn't cover,that the only way it will cover is if it was low on energy wich for me don't make sance, because the liking can even be more dangerous .

When i got my car back + paperwork i noticed it said i denied a service that was not mentioned to me.My tire had a nail and i wasnt even offered the option to fix it!

When I first got there there were 3 people standing at the podium. Apparently there was a sign there that I needed to stop but it was blocked by them so I just followed the cars down the lane. The person putting tags on cars skipped me a few times and then approached me and asked what am I there for. I gave my name and appointment slot. She then preceded to tell me next time take note and stop at the podium. I said my apologies and said I must’ve missed it it was blocked. Then as I waited even longer many other cars were being taken care of as I was still sitting there. These cars came after me, some without appointments. My appointment was at 830 and made sure to come at 8:15 but I wasn’t seen until 9:10am. I even asked another advisor around 8:45 and he was probably the only person nice to me and said advisor might be with someone and should be with me shortly. When my advisor finally came out I was standing outside my car at this time and she didn’t even apologize/thank me for the wait. She then proceeded to just say what am I there for and it was just very unprofessional just how the conversation went. I have always been greeted politely asked aside from routine change oils any concerns did I want to note etc. the advisor, Adriana, just quickly wrote oil change and said I will leave the paper works on your chair. I was pretty shocked because usually we get a tentative receipt which always shows proof on my end that my car was dropped off to the dealer. I’m not one to usually complain but I felt like the advisor was pretty rude and rushed. I understand some people have bad days but if you deal with customers on a daily basis you have to set your emotions aside because it doesn’t only reflect on her but the whole experience from Carson Toyota.
